Separate furnished basement unit available in downtown bend near market of choice! I will be out of the country January/February and want to find someone who is responsible and easy to stay at the unit and enjoy prime winter months!! It has its own separate entrance, bathroom, living room and kitchenette with hot plates and everything needed to cook! Has a sit/stand corner desk, coffee machine, hangers for clothes. I also have a truck you can rent if you need! A small workout area with weights. A lot of storage. Off street parking and washer/dryer. Can accommodate a well trained dog with a deposit with approval. I also have a truck that can be for rent If your a travel nurse and need. Can do both months or month to month. 1400 each month. I prefer no couples.
