This is a really nice kids outdoor plat set. It has a slide, gym bar, tire swing, trapeze rings, rock climbing wall, monkey bars, fort and swings. All redwood and no rot. I have it mounted on pier blocks so it never sat in the dirt. An addition is the gymnastics bar that will adjust in height. I will include a homemade balance beam. Very good overall condition. It would look like new if it had a fresh coat of oil. This is a high end Rainbow set that is very well constructed. Overall footprint size is about 20' by 20' and about 12 feet tall. I will also include the pier blocks. Can come apart in sections to facilitate an easy move. $750
