I recently adopted a little guy with Spinal Bifida, meaning I change diapers often. His foster home sent him with 2 belly bands and 2 diaper wraps. However like with infants they can make messy situations not always contained to the actual diapers and band. An I change often as I prefer a home that smells welcoming.

I run a business which I will not name as I am not pushing product, I am pushing friendship and fun for people, like me, who sew and are obsessed with furbabies too. I purchased Christmas paw print fabric and I plan to make stockings for furbabies to put on my business page to sell. But I want the profits to go into buying velcro, elastic and thread for those like minded volunteers to make those diapers and belly bands I was talking about.
Now I recently lost alot of weight and I figured why not turn my old clothes into diapers. So I am going to look into donations of clothing/material and I intend to turn that donated fabric into diapers to send to the fosters home through the rescue I worked with; Lily's pad rescue out of Washington. Problem is I am one person and there are alot of stinky butts.
Does anyone wanna bring their sewing machines on Saturday afternoons to my home in NE Bend and help with the stinky butt problem? I have researched it and these diapers are not cheap to buy; but to make them that's a win. I first need to make all those Christmas stockings I was telling you about.
If you are looking to donate, any materials works, the wraps just keep the diapers in place.
If your looking to help you dont need to have a sewing machine as I have 2, but there is also other jobs. I will need people to mark fabric, cut it out, assemble and pin, bow makers for the Christmas stockings. So much to do and so little time to do it.
Email me for details whether you want to donate old clothes/fabric or hang out with me and my furbabies!❤🐶🐕
Thank you for you time!
