Black Butte home available in Spring Home section . It is very cozy and in a great central location on the ranch. Spring Home 19, with view of both Black Butte and Mt. Jefferson from the large deck. Walking distance to Paulina Springs.. 3 bedrooms, with a king bed in the Master, queen in the front bedroom and 3 twin bunkbeds downstairs. 1 and 1/2 bathrooms with tub and shower. We just added a brand new 5 person Aquaterra Hot Tub for your use. ROKU TV with 200 + streaming channels, Wifi, everything you need. It also has a washer/dryer and, of course, a fully stocked kitchen. Trained pets OK. Everything open including the brand new Black Butte lodge.

AVAILABILITY: Off peak season starts March 1 through the Thursday before Memorial . Off-peak season pricing of $295/night. PEAK SEASON STARTS MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY...Peak season rates are $400/night with one week minimum starting June 28. Summer rentals are Sunday to Sunday

All 26 miles of bike and hiking trails are open along with locker rooms, indoor pool and saunas..... Outdoor pools open June through Labor Day

FINE PRINT:
Deschutes County charges an 8% occupancy tax. 2 night minimum until Memorial Day weekend. June, July and August are weekly rentals only running from Sunday to Sunday. There is a new 13.5% resort fee that we must collect and pay to the ranch.
Cleaning fee is $160. Good news is no VRBO fees.
