We are looking for two class B CDL drivers with P endorsement and airbrakes to join our team for the 2026 rafting season (airbrakes preferred but not required). Ideal for school bus drivers who get the summers off or for ski resort drivers looking for summer work. We operate trips on various section of the Kern River, which flows threw Sequoia National Forest. Spend your summer along the river working with an experienced, fun, and friendly group of professionals driving happy people who are on vacation to and from the river.
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Current Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement and airbrakes (or ability to get one before May 2026, airbrakes preferred)
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Experience pulling a trailer preferred but not required.
• 21+ with the ability to relocate to Wofford Heights California for the summer season
Responsibilities:
• Pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Drive guests, staff, and gear to and from the river
• Maintain tidiness of interior and exterior of the vehicle
• Make sure guests feel comfortable and enjoy the scenic drive to and from the river
• Learn the 'put ins' and 'take outs' of the sections of river we run and learn the timing for the trips as well
