Now what we have here is the first caller I ever bought. Got it because of the ceiling hight, 6'10" at the lowest point! I used it one year and then remodeled it, simplified things. This trailer was made by a small oregon manufacturer. This trailer is a pain in the butt to tow because of its height, but once you get it parked and set up its a great small self-sustaining little house. It has 600W of solar on top and maybe 4000kw of storage. A 30gal fresh water tank with a 30 gal Grey water tank and a 10gal black water tank. Gas range, water heater, furnace. Nice little 12v refrigerator w/freezer. Everything works just fine except one running light way up top and the main fan no longer has setting but it works. This little house would be best suited for a permanent parking spot for a guest house, or maybe a house for a pain in the ass kid. This trailer served me well and it was fun to work on but I no longer use it enough to justify it...
