Great condition very open floor plan trailer. New tires including spare in 2020 a ton of tread left approx 5k miles. New batteries 2022 always on trickle charger perform like new. 100w solar pannel to keep batteries tended while in use off grid. Electric American flag awning new in 2022. Caulking new 2022. New grey black valves in 2023. Roof rubber great condtion (could proably ise a scrub down). Electric stabilizing jacks. Nice vinyl plank floor in kitchen/living room. Large water, grey and black tanks for extended stays (all clean and empty sensors working).

Previous owner caught there own deck lightly in front and overhang very light on side/roof. All repaired no leaks or issues. Bedroom modified during repair for more space and a larger full size queen (newer nice mattress very clean). Original manuals and receipts for most everything done. Everything works as it should ready to camp just went to the coast last weekend. 8800lbs GVWR about 6500lbs dry. Tows very well. Clean title, tags good through October 27’ comes with 7 layer breathable cover in good condition. Stored under cover.

Will include (2) Honda Eu2000 generators one companion to link and run 4000w for full ask.
