I paid $7000 for it in 2024. It needs a little work, so I am offering it for $5000 as is. I will continue to putts on it, but as I do so the cost will increase.
What needs work:
1) There is an electrical issue, I believe it is with the inverter. My assessment is that switching out the inverter will solve it, easy enough fix. The electrical system worked great for a long time, but just recently started sounding some kind of an alarm.
2) only two of the burners on the stove work because the knobs have completely frozen up. I have tried to lubricate them to no avail. If you are looking for full use of the stove, you may be looking at replacing those knobs.
3) the furnace has never worked. I installed a radiant propane heater instead, and tapped it into the propane line that feeds the stove and the fridge. This is totally sufficient for taking the chill off on the coldest nights.
4) the arms for the awning are a little bent and so it does not open and close gracefully. It still works, but requires patience/zip ties/staking.
5) one of the jacks is a little bent. It works, you just have to be careful not to open it all the way. I do have a spare Jack that I can send with the camper if you would like to replace it someday.
What is great:
1) the roof and The undercarriage have both been sealed well in 2023. Absolutely no leaks!
2) the bones are solid, no rust issues.
3) the original fridge is a workhorse! They don’t make them like they used to…
4) the water heater is great!
5) the water pump is great!
6) the air conditioner is amazing and will even pump out warm air if needed. (again, making the furnace a non-issue.)
7) bathroom fixtures work great.
8) all cabinetry is solid oak!
9) couch folds out to a full-size bed and the table collapses down for another.
