Position: Service Technician
Location: Redmond
Position Description:
As a Service Technician you will be responsible for installing propane tanks, performing leak and safety checks on residential and commercial systems, plumbing, site evaluations, and be able to build quotes for customer installations. Along with this you will be responsible for making sure our bulk plant and dispenser area are always safe and up to code and inspection ready. You will also be tasked with helping in growing the business, so customer service is a must. You will be required to do 1 week of On Call in which you must be available 24/7 in case of emergencies. The rotation is dependent on the number of field staff available.
Qualifications:
• Current Commercial Driver’s license with endorsements required for vehicle operation in the propane industry.
• Current Fitters license from the State Fire Marshals Office
• Working experience as a fitter or plumber in the propane or related industry.
• Office computer knowledge
• Ability to lift/carry up to 80lbs, walk stand sit bend, and kneel
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Requirements:
• Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License
• Pass Master Fitters and Truck Equipment Operator License within 60 days of hire
• Complete all training and certifications within 30 days of hire
• Clean Driving History – (No more than 3 citations or accidents in last 3 years)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficient in using computers, tablets, and phones to communicate with office staff.
