Well established HVAC Company is looking for an experienced service Technician. Our company has been in business for over 44 years. We value our work of quality and integrity. Most of our employees have been with us for 10 to 20 years. We have excellent management team and great long-term positions available. We are looking to add our next team member. We will match your existing vacation and PTO up to 4 weeks. All inquiries are confidential. 3000.00 Signing Bonus. 30 to 45hr

Position Requirement's:
• 5 + years service experience
• Great attitude, clean cut and non-smoker.
• Good customer relations
• Experience in installation a plus.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid social security card and driver’s license with good driving record
• Basic Reading and Math skills
• Be able to lift 50 to 75lbs daily
• Be able to read and comprehend wiring diagrams and installation manuals
• NATE certification preferred.
• CFC certification
• After hours/on call rotation
• Experience in trouble shooting Gas furnaces, Heat pumps and Air conditioners
• Experience with light commercial equipment and controls
• Brazing and Refrigerant charging skills
• Work off ladders safely and be able to crawl in tight spaces to work
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely
• Have proper service hand tools and meter
