ABOUT US
We are a growing excavation company specializing in site preparation, grading, utilities, and earthwork for residential and commercial projects. In addition to excavation, we also complete landscape construction projects including hardscapes and full outdoor builds. We take pride in precision, efficiency, and delivering high-quality results for every project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Lead and supervise crews performing underground utility, site work, and landscape construction projects
▫ Perform hands-on work including trenching, pipe installation, grading, backfill, and landscape construction tasks
▪ Install and oversee water, sewer, storm, and drainage systems
▫ Assist with and oversee landscape construction including hardscapes, irrigation, and finish grading
▪ Coordinate daily work activities and ensure production goals are met
▫ Read and interpret utility plans, landscape plans, grades, and specifications
▪ Operate excavation equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and more
▫ Ensure all safety procedures and job site regulations are followed
▪ Communicate daily progress and needs with management and inspectors
▫ Conduct daily job site and equipment inspections
QUALIFICATIONS
▪ Strong experience in underground utilities and site work
▫ Experience in landscape construction (hardscape, irrigation, or related work) preferred
▪ Prior working foreman or crew lead experience
▫ Knowledge of pipe installation, grading, and basic landscape construction practices
▪ Ability to read grades, elevations, and construction/landscape plans
▫ Willingness to work hands-on with the crew daily
▪ Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
▫ Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week
▪ Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
▫ Clean driving record
