Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise crews performing underground utility and site work
Perform hands-on work including trenching, pipe installation, grading, and backfill
Install and oversee water, sewer, storm, and drainage systems
Coordinate daily work activities and ensure production goals are met
Read and interpret utility plans, grades, and specifications
Operate excavation equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and more
Ensure all safety procedures and job site regulations are followed
Communicate daily progress and needs with management and inspectors
Conduct daily job site and equipment inspections
Requirements
Strong experience in underground utilities and site work
Prior working foreman or crew lead experience
Knowledge of pipe installation, and grading
Ability to read grades, elevations, and construction plans
Willingness to work hands-on with the crew daily
Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
Availability to work approximately 50 hours per week
Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
Clean driving record
