At Bend River Window & Door Co., we take pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our work. We are looking for Sawyers to join our team—individuals who want to work with their hands, take ownership of their work, and grow in the wood window and door trade.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate woodworking equipment to cut and shape raw lumber
- Read and follow cut sheets accurately
- Handle materials ranging from 15–75 lbs.
- Work independently and with a team to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with woodworking tools (ripsaw, table saw, jointer, chop saw, shaper, etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
