Cascade Motorsports is looking for a skilled and motivated Powersports Technician to join our growing service team in Bend OR. We take pride in delivering top-tier service to our community and need a tech who is as passionate about the ride as our customers are.

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of units including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and Motorcycles.
Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brake adjustments, tire replacements).
Troubleshoot complex electrical, fuel, and mechanical issues.
Install aftermarket parts and performance accessories.
Assemble new product.
Clearly document all work and communicate findings to the Service Manager
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of professional technician experience preferred.
Tools: Must have your own professional-grade tools.
Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement or the ability to get one asap.
Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to "Fixing it Right the First Time".
