Local painting company looking for a dependable Painter’s Helper to join our small crew. We do mostly residential interior and exterior work, with some light commercial jobs.
What you’ll do:
Prep surfaces (sanding, scraping, caulking, masking)
Assist with brushing, rolling, and occasional spraying
Move materials, set up/clean up job sites
Keep tools and work areas organized
What we’re looking for:
Reliable and shows up on time
Good attitude and willing to learn
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Comfortable with ladders and physical work
Basic painting experience is a plus, but not required
Pay:
$18–$25/hr depending on experience
Opportunity for leadership and raises as skills improve
Schedule:
Typically Monday–Friday
