LEAD CARPENTER / SKILLED REMODEL TECHNICIAN

We’re a high-quality remodeling company looking for a skilled, dependable carpenter who takes pride in their work and can contribute right away.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We hire based on proven ability. If you’re strong in most of the areas below and willing to grow in others, we want to hear from you.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cabinet installation
• Tile setting
• Shower door installation
• Light framing
• Window and door replacement
• Drywall repair (and occasional hanging)
• Trim work
• Small flooring projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience with power tools and finish work
• Reliable Monday–Friday, able to work full 8-hour days
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to tow and confidently back a trailer
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset
• Respect for tools, vehicles, and job sites

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $29–$45/hour (DOE)
• Full-time, steady work
