The Enhancements Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing landscape enhancement work while providing leadership and support to Enhancement Foremen and crews. This role ensures enhancement projects are properly scoped, scheduled, and resourced, and that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. The Enhancements Manager focuses on short-duration enhancement projects and maintains close alignment with ongoing maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, direction, and support to Enhancement Foremen and field crews
Plan, schedule, and coordinate landscape enhancement projects, typically short-duration installs
Assist with estimating and pricing enhancement work within established guidelines
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to support successful project execution
Conduct site visits and quality control checks to ensure company standards are met
Support and reinforce safety policies and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
Communicate with Operations leadership regarding project status, scheduling, and issues
Assist with client communication related to enhancement work as needed
Review job documentation, reports, and project outcomes for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape enhancements, maintenance, or related operations
Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices, materials, and equipment
Ability to review scopes of work, plans, and enhancement estimates
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
