Position Overview:
You’ll support our electricians on residential and light commercial job sites while learning the basics of the trade, jobsite expectations, and safety practices. This position is specifically intended for someone who wants to enter the electrical trade. It is designed as a stepping-stone role to help the right candidate gain jobsite experience and prepare for the electrical apprenticeship.
What you’ll do:
✔ Assist electricians with job site tasks
✔ Load/unload tools and materials
✔ Dig trenches and basic site preparation
✔ Keep work areas clean, organized and safe
✔ Run materials and support installs as needed
✔ Follow safety procedures and job site expectations
What we’re looking for:
✔ Someone interested in pursuing an electrical career
✔ Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
✔ Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Construction or trade experience is a plus (but not required)
✔ Strong work ethic, good attitude and willingness to learn
