Jackson’s Corner is hiring a full-time Baker to join our team.
This position works five days per week with a 4:00am start time. Reliability and consistency are critical. We are looking for someone with real commercial pastry experience who understands production baking, recipe adherence, and professional kitchen standards.
This is a production-focused role. The right person is organized, efficient, and committed to executing recipes and procedures exactly as written.

Requirements:
• Commercial pastry experience required
• Ability to work independently in early morning hours
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to consistency and following established systems
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
Compensation:
• $19–22+ per hour, depending on qualifications
