We’re looking for a highly skilled, dependable Lead Carpenter to join our team and take ownership of residential remodel projects from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads with confidence, and has experience running job sites and managing a team.
As a Lead Carpenter, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are executed to the highest standard—on time, on budget, and with exceptional attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage residential remodel job sites (kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home remodels)
Supervise and support carpenters and laborers on site
Perform high-level carpentry, including framing, finish work, and installations
Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Communicate effectively with clients and project managers
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role
Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling
Ability to execute with precision
Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented
Pay is based on experience and skill level.
