Summers Flooring & Design is growing and looking for motivated, skilled individuals to join our team. We are seeking candidates with experience in hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and/or hardwood floor sanding and finishing.

Positions Requirements
Minimum 1 year of flooring installation and/or sand & finish experience preferred
Experience with hardwood, engineered wood, LVP, laminate, or floor sanding & refinishing
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Ability to maintain a clean and organized job site
Responsibilities
Install hardwood, engineered wood, LVP, laminate flooring
Sand, stain, and finish hardwood flooring
Perform floor repairs, topcoats, deep cleans, and restoration work
Follow manufacturer installation guidelines and company standards
Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and project managers
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
Deliver exceptional craftsmanship and customer service on every project
