Webfoot is Looking for a couple of experienced Paint Crew Leaders to help us kill it in 2026. If you have lead a paint crew and are ready to take you leadership skills to a whole new level, join our team and learn the Webfoot Way. Paint Crew Leaders are hands-on and work alongside their team to tackle loading/unloading equipment, surface protection, and surface preparation, power washing, surface treatment, and cleanup, skillful application of paint, stain, and finish application, all while focusing on safety and superior customer service.
In addition, they have responsibilities including using a phone and iPad for reviewing time cards and tracking production hours,
attending meetings and Crew Leader trainings, monitoring crew performance and training crew members the Webfoot Way.
We're looking for painters who meet or exceed the following reqirements:
Bring at least 4+ years of proven professional painting experience, with at least one year as a Crew Leader.
Meet our minimum age requirement of at least 18 years old.
Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Use excellent positive communications in all situations.
Are enthusiastic about continuous learning and development within the Webfoot team.
Desire to support, train and encourage a high-performing team.
