We are looking for a skilled, dependable carpenter and jack-of-all-trades who can work independently and deliver high-quality finished work inside occupied homes.
$30 – $35+ per hour (DOE)
Full-time position – typically 40+ hours per week

What You'll Be Doing
This position focuses on interior repair and finish work after property damage.
Typical work includes:
Finish carpentry
Flooring installation (wood, laminate, LVP, carpet)
Drywall patching and finishing
Painting
Cabinet and countertop installation
Tile work
Matching existing finishes in residential homes
You will often work independently or with a small team, directly in customers' homes.
What We're Looking For
Strong finish carpentry skills
Experience with remodeling and interior repairs
Ability to match existing finishes
Ability to work cleanly in occupied homes
Self-motivated and dependable
Good communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record (you will drive company vehicles)
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to work independently, or as part of a team
