**Cabinet Shop Team Member – Full-Time, 4/10 Schedule**
Local custom cabinet and millwork shop is looking for a dependable, hard-working person to join our team.
We build custom cabinetry, millwork, and specialty woodwork, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and wants to learn in a busy shop environment.
This is a full-time shop position with a 4-day work week.
**Schedule:**
Monday through Thursday
10-hour shifts
Fridays off
Steady year-round work
**What We’re Looking For:**
We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and willing to learn. Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, CNC, machinery, or shop production is helpful, but not required. The right attitude and work ethic are most important.
A good candidate should be:
Reliable and on time
Hard-working with a positive attitude
Able to work independently and with a team
Detail-oriented
Willing to take direction and learn new skills
Comfortable working around tools, machinery, and shop equipment
**Job Duties May Include:**
Cabinet assembly
Sanding and prepping parts
Organizing parts and materials
Shop cleanup
Loading and unloading materials
Assisting with CNC-related production
Learning cabinet shop processes from start to finish
