I have 4 rack mount power supplies I have been saving to do something with. Has not, and not ever likely to happen, so I am offering them as a project for someone else. Can not remember what they were used for or where they came from. Not much information on them as to voltage, rated at 25 amps from what I can tell.
Two seem to work and put out 12vdc or there about. Possibly were battery charges for back up batteries? One not working correctly. The one in the picture with the binder posts may work, however the voltage was moving.
At 5 bucks for all 4, they are worth it to someone that can make use of them. Maybe power supplies for de-rusting tanks? Salvage parts for some mad scientist experiment, or a rechargeable battery spot welder?
