Old carpet installing stretcher: Its a beast, it is heavy but it worked for me back in the day that I had a few rentals. Carpet installation does have it's own technicalities but for rentals and repetitive work if you want to save a few dollars this tool is for you. also includes heat unit and knee kicker. I used it quite frequently thirty years ago. It turns out to be a younger man's labor issue.
