Ashby Cross GPFR-1000 adjustable ratio variable dispense rate gear pump meter/mix with dynamic mix-head and SmartShot (120V single phase) control with shot size encoder. The machine can be set for dispensing foam, adhesive, elastomerics, hard casting resins or any other 2 component liquid polymer system. Dispense ratio is adjustable by pump sizing and gear selection. The machine is set up for rigid urethane casting and molding applications mix ratio 2.6 -1 Includes exhaust hood, adjustable angle heated mold table, and about 90 gallons of the hard urethane casting resin (shore 70D). Includes 2 mold heat controllers (240V single phase) and black pigment and catalyst for the resin. I will provide 8 hours of tech support to get you up and running. I also have extra new metering gear pumps that will go with the machine. When you come look at it I can show you cast urethane parts we have made over the years. I have plenty of spare parts available because I manufacture most of the dispense valves that Ashby Cross puts on their machines.
