Hi there my name is Ben and I practice Osteopathy out of a studio room on NW Galveston Ave, inside the Lotus Beauty Salon.
A couple of options available:
1. I am going to be living in Anacortes this summer from approximately June 15 - September 15th. I'm looking for someone to sublet the space at cost ($600/mnth) for that duration. You could use the room for anything that fits the studio. Currently there are 5 hair stylists, 1 tattoo artist, and 1 bodyworker (myself)! Everyone gets along swimmingly and lovingly.
2. I am seeing if someone would like to work part time in the room and share the space/rent outside of these dates. Currently, I use the room Mondays/Thursdays/Fridays, and Saturday mornings. This will likely change when I return to Bend in the fall so let's chat about times that work for you! I am pretty flexible!
3. I would LOVE to meet someone with the same vision of growing into a larger scale wellness facility/center and being able to refer clients to each other dependent on their needs. Happy to have a conversation specifically about this as well.
Total rent is $600/month and wifi is $40 if needed. This would be adjusted if we were sharing the space (~$200-300).
Laundry available on site.
Super central location.
Great vibe with the others in the salon.
Will need to meet with the salon manager to make sure the vibe is a good fit.
