ISO office mate. Office space downtown on NW Minnesota. It's an amazing location, but I don't have employees and the space is just too big for only myself. There are two sides available, the one in the photo and then a second office through a secured door. Both have skylights and walnut blasted brick walls, both are also approximately the same size of 16x12, just with reverse orientation. The photo shows the front side as my office with the second side being used to store donations for a non-profit and as a meeting/overflow workroom. There is a long table, 6 black leather rolling chairs, and 2 electric sit-stand desks that can be included, if needed.

One year lease with a one-month trial period to make sure it's a good fit for us both. $700 for the other side, $800 for this side for up to 2 people all-inclusive. First and last month's rent along with one month damage deposit kept in landlord's escrow account. Liability insurance required by landlord.

Space is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and includes a secured key-pad lock, ~4x8 breakroom with a mail slot complete with a refer, water dispenser, and keireg. Heating & A/C included with semi-private secured restrooms. Highspeed internet through TDS behind a Sophos firewall also included. And the neighbors are all amazing!
