Despite the flex rating these are a powerful boot, but extremely comfortable. I've tried several other top line boots and these are the only ones that gave me the solid alpine boot control feel. Excellent for an on-area ripper, and good in any snow condition. A little on the heavy side for climbing compared to many newer boots, but they make up for it in performance.
I've also got some Fischer Watea 186 cm / 94 waist skis mounted with 7TM release bindings and built-in ski brakes for $45.
