General Responsibilities: • Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards, and meeting the expectations of the customers daily. • Support Spa Manager and Director in any administrative tasks including, sales reports, staff performance tracking, coordinating promotions as well as facility maintenance. • Supports the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills. • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work. • Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled by company policy by processing cash, credit card and credit transactions accurately thus protecting the company’s assets • Supervises staffing levels to verify that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met. • Directs associates to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check-in and check out process • Empowers associates to provide excellent customer service. • Verifies associates understand customer service expectations and parameters. • Verifies that regular on-going communication is happening with associates to create awareness of business objectives and communicate expectations, recognizes performance, and produce desired results. • Creates schedules for the Spa Receptionist/Therapists • Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on the quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction • Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints. • Informs and updates the Director of Spa, peers and the subordinates on relevant information promptly. • Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Desk goals to produce desired results. Availability: Must be available to work opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
Desired Skills and Experiences: • High school diploma or GED • Two years’ experience in the spa, guest services, front desk, or related professional area. • Must be available to work evenings • Must be available to work weekends • BOOKER management system knowledge is preferred. • Must be detail-oriented and ability to multi-task. • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. • Must possess basic math and money handling skills. • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
