Do you love working with people and helping them find a place to call home? We’re looking for an upbeat, reliable Leasing Assistant to join our apartment community team here in beautiful Bend, OR!
This is a great role for someone who’s organized, friendly, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Greeting and helping prospective residents (in person, over the phone, and online)
Giving tours of our apartment community
Assisting with applications, leases, and move-in paperwork
Supporting current residents with questions and needs
Keeping things organized in the leasing office
Helping with marketing, listings, and daily office tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and great people skills
Strong communication and basic computer abilities
Customer service, sales, or leasing experience is a plus
Experience with AppFolio and Tenant Tech is a huge bonus
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn
Willingness to work weekends is required
