If you’re burned out on selling things you don’t believe in, this is worth reading.
This is a remote, commission-only consultative sales role with a consumer protection law firm that helps people legally exit unwanted timeshare contracts. We work directly with attorneys who handle the legal side. Our role is to educate clients, review their situation, explain their options, and help them decide the best path forward. We are not reselling anything. We are not buying contracts. We are helping people get out of bad agreements the right way.
Most of our clients were sold their timeshare through aggressive or misleading tactics. Because of that, how we sell matters. This role is calm, slow, and educational. No pressure. No manipulation. No fake urgency. If you are comfortable listening, asking good questions, and letting people make their own decisions, you will do well here.
Income is real and consistent. Even our weakest reps average around $8k per month. The top performers earn between $30k and $50k per month. I consider myself very average and earn about $180k per year. I work roughly five solid hours a day, no weekends, fully remote. I often work from my phone and have taken calls from trailheads. This has been one of the most consistent sales roles I’ve ever had.
This is commission only. There is no base salary. Leads are steady and provided at no cost. You do not pay for leads or training. We have strong support, one team meeting per week, and otherwise communicate through Slack. You are supported without being micromanaged.
Former roofing, solar, in-home consultative sales, and door-to-door reps tend to transition very well into this role, even if they have never touched timeshare before.
You do need to be comfortable with basic technology. CRM use, simple math, and tools like AI for emails and letters are part of the job. You do not need to be a tech wizard, just competent and willing to learn.
The harder requirement is emotional maturity. Some clients are skeptical because they have already been burned. Occasionally someone is frustrated or rude. You need to stay grounded, calm, and professional. If you take things personally or rely on pressure tactics, this will not be a fit.
Integrity matters more to me than experience. Shady behavior is a hard no. High-pressure sales tactics are a hard no. The less you sound like a traditional salesperson, the better you will do here.
I plan to bring on three to five people over the next six months. I am selective and will not move forward with anyone I haven’t personally spoken with.
To start, send a brief message introducing yourself and your background. If it feels like a fit, I’ll set up a call and walk you through the role, expectations, and commission structure in detail.
This is not an MLM. We are an Inc. 5000 company led by experienced owners and attorneys who reinvest heavily into the business.
No benefits package. A lot of autonomy. Real income potential. And work you can feel good about.
