If you’re burned out on selling stuff you don’t believe in, read this.
I’m not looking for closers. I’m looking for calm, thoughtful, ethical people who know how to talk to other humans without pushing them into something they’ll regret. This role is about helping people unwind bad financial decisions they were pressured into, not creating new ones.
Most of the people we help were sold their timeshare through aggressive tactics. Because of that, the way we sell matters. No pressure. No manipulation. No fake urgency. It is slow, educational, consultative, and rooted in trust.
The company is a consumer protection law firm that helps people legally exit unwanted timeshare contracts. We work directly with attorneys who handle the legal side. Our role is to educate the client, review their situation, explain their options, and help them decide the best path forward. We are not reselling anything. We are not buying contracts. We are helping people get out of them the right way.
Some of the best people I’ve seen succeed here never touched timeshare. Roofing sales. Door to door solar. In home consultative sales. If you know how to listen, ask good questions, and explain options clearly, you’ll probably do very well.
A little about me. I’m the regional vice president for the company. I made about 150k my first year and I’m on track for around 180k this year. I work consistently but not obsessively. About five solid hours a day on average. No weekends. Fully remote. I work from my phone often and I’ve taken calls from the trailhead. This has been one of the most consistent sales roles I’ve ever had.
This is commission only. If you need a base salary to feel safe, this is not for you. That said, the income range here is very real. Our weakest reps are still doing around 8k a month. The top 20 percent consistently earn between 30k and 50k a month. I consider myself very average and I earn around 180k a year. Results depend on consistency, coachability, and how you treat people.
Lead flow is steady and free. You do not pay for leads. You do not pay for training. We have strong support, one team meeting per week, and otherwise communicate through Slack. You are supported without being micromanaged.
You do need to be comfortable with technology. Basic CRM use, simple math, and using tools like AI for emails and letters are part of the job. You do not need to be a tech wizard, but you do need to be competent.
The harder part is emotional maturity. Some people are skeptical because they’ve already been burned. Occasionally someone is rude. You have to stay calm, grounded, and professional. If you take things personally or get defensive, this won’t be a fit.
Integrity matters more to me than experience. Shady behavior is a hard no. High pressure tactics are a hard no. The less you sound like a traditional timeshare salesperson, the better you’ll do here.
I’m planning to bring on three to five people over the next six months. I’m selective. I won’t bring someone on unless I’ve actually spoken with them and feel good about who they are.
Instead of a resume, I want to hear your voice. Send a short audio message or video introducing yourself and explaining why this feels like a fit. If I don’t respond right away, don’t take it personally. It can take time to get through everyone.
Once we talk, I’ll share full company details and break down the commission structure. This is not an MLM. We recently hit the Inc. 5000 list and are a fast growing company led by experienced owners and attorneys who reinvest heavily into the business.
No benefits package. A lot of autonomy. Real income potential. And work you can feel good about.
