This is not a retail job. This is not a pressure-cooker sales floor.
This is a consultative sales position inside a showroom where real projects — real budgets, real timelines, real families — are on the line.
You will be the first serious conversation a client has with our company. Your job is to earn their trust, understand their vision, confirm their budget, and guide them into a project that is set up to succeed — for them and for us.
That last part matters.
We don't close deals that aren't ready to close. We don't make promises we can't keep. And we don't move forward without the right information in place.

**What You'll Do**
- Meet with prospective clients in our Bend showroom
- Ask the right questions to understand scope, budget, and timeline
- Build genuine rapport and guide clients through the decision process
- Present project proposals clearly and confidently
- Confirm key decisions in writing before moving forward
- Collaborate with our design and production team on clean project handoffs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal status
- Hit monthly sales targets with integrity — not shortcuts

**What We're Looking For**
You are warm but not a performer. Confident but not pushy. You can close — but you close the right deals, not just any deal.
You likely have:
- 2+ years in a consultative sales, design, or client-facing role
- Experience in remodeling, construction, interior design, or a related field *(preferred, not required)*
- Comfort working within a defined process and using it consistently
- Strong written and verbal communication
- The ability to manage multiple active clients without dropping the ball
- A track record of hitting goals — and caring about how you hit them

**Compensation & Structure**
- **Base salary + Commition
- **Commission: Performance-based, structured to reward clean, profitable closes
- **Target total compensation: $90,000+
- **First year expectation: Scaled at 80% of full target while you learn our process, our products, and our clients
- **Full-time position — Bend, Oregon showroom
