Position Summary: We’re looking for a caring, compassionate relationship builder. This person must be a driven, people-focused professional to drive growth and deliver exceptional client service for our non-medical home care company. In this hybrid role, you will build referral relationships to grow our client base while serving as the primary liaison for clients and families.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, social workers, discharge planners, and healthcare professionals)Conduct sales presentations, networking, and community outreach to generate leads and increase revenue.
• Perform client interviews and needs assessments using a consultative approach
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Assist with Matching clients with qualified caregivers and conduct post-placement follow-ups
• Monitor client experience through regular check-ins and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports in our CRM system
• Ensure all activities comply with state/federal regulations and company standards
Qualifications & Requirements
• 3+ years in business development, sales, marketing, or client relations (home care/healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Compassionate, professional, and results-driven
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Must pass background check; professional appearance required
• Work Schedule 8am to 5pm M-F with flexibility as some evenings/weekends may be required.
