We are hoping to help clients who may not want to approach a larger engineering firm but still want to make sure that their new build or remodel is structurally sound. With 7 years of trusted service, our lead engineer is well versed in any structural engineering challenge you throw our way.
What we offer:
Working with the client(s) to determine the structural needs of the project, consulting about the structural implications of the project, preparing signed and stamped structural calculations for permit (when needed), preparing signed and stamped structural details for permit (when needed), and preparing construction documents on an as needed basis. We will be at your side through design, permitting, and construction.
Our rate: $120/hour. We will provide a cost estimate to you before starting any design.
