RV spot? (Sisters)

I'm looking for a place I can hook up my travel trailer. It's 24 ft. I need power water and septic. I can do the work it needs to add any of those to an RV spot even if you don't have one right now, including digging and building the septic line system to your existing tank. I used to do that type of work professionally working at drain patrol before they went out of business.
I can pay $600 a month including utilities.
Any work you need done there I could do for free, including work on your own place carpentry and welding that sort of thing. I have my own MIG welder. I'm also halfway decent mechanic.
I have a disabled mom I take care of. She's quite a humorous character. I will be sharing it with her until my check comes in a month or two .

The RV parks around here are frankly way too greedy with their prices. I don't have any pets I'm great with dogs don't plan on getting any pets.
This is only temporary I have a multi-million dollar check coming in August.
