Job Title: Overnight Security Officer – Construction Equipment Watch
Location: Bend, Oregon & Surrounding Areas

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and professional Security Officers to provide overnight protection for active construction sites in Wishram, Washington and the surrounding areas. This role is primarily focused on safeguarding equipment, deterring unauthorized activity, and maintaining a visible security presence during overnight hours. Officers will conduct routine patrols and remain alert while stationed in their personal vehicle between patrols.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible presence and conduct regular foot patrols of construction sites to ensure equipment and property are secure
Stay awake and alert while monitoring for suspicious activity, trespassing, or safety hazards and respond appropriately
Accurately document daily activities, incidents, and observations using mobile reporting applications
Communicate effectively with supervisors and, when necessary, local law enforcement,
Minimum Requirements:
Must possess a smartphone capable of running time-keeping software and security reporting applications
Must have a reliable personal vehicle for use during shifts. This is a safety requirement due to these being outdoor shifts.
Ability to walk and stand for short periods during routine patrols along with a strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality for overnight shifts
MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND,
MUST PASS DRUG TEST
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
Familiarity with mobile reporting tools and basic technology use
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Work Environment & Schedule:
Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Combination of static observation and short-duration foot patrols
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay ($30-$35 per hour)
