Hello! ISO a 1-2 BR ADU/townhouse/apartment with a shorter lease option beginning mid-March going to around Oct/Nov. We are happy to take over a lease from someone that needs to vacate theirs, but will only do so through the proper channels. We have a flexible end date, but we just are not in a place to sign another 12month lease and stay another winter. Would love to rent privately rather than through a management company. Happy to do background checks and provide references. Hoping to stay in the $1500 range. We will treat the place like it is our own and take care of it, we are tired of renting apartments or from big management companies that don't enforce any cleanliness or standards of care for their properties.

We are a quiet, clean, and respectful couple in our 30s looking for a 9(ish) month lease, preferably an ADU or townhouse, but open to options.

About us: 32M: waste management professional working swing shift hours 3am-12pm M-F. Love hiking, exploring Central Oregon, and fitness.
33F: I am finishing commercial flight school at the Redmond airport. When I'm not flying planes or working, I am playing volleyball, exploring nature, or checking out a new brewery. With the self-paced nature of school, I don't have a hard finish line, but am projecting to finish school around June.

We would like to stay in Bend for another summer and fall season once I finish school before moving south for flight job opportunities in more ideal weather.

We do have 2 furry friends that would be coming along that are ESAs; a female senior hound mix named Molly, and a 2y.o. male Dachshund named Bodie. They are both well behaved and spend most of their days sleeping. An option for a yard would be amazing for these two but not compulsory.
