I am looking to rent out a room in a newly remodeled 4 bedroom house. The house is placed on a 100 acres with blm land surrounding it. The edge of Smith Rocks trail system buts up to the property line as well as river access and a slow moving canal to enjoy in the summer months. The house is fully furnished but the rooms is not. All the appliances are new as well as the sink, countertops, toilets, and shower/tubs. Washer and dry are new and work great. The kitchen is big and theres 2 living areas. One is more of a conversation space and the other has a full entertainment system. The house is also equipped with new central heating and cooling, so it’s 70 degrees inside year around. There is also a weight room with a weight rack, dumbbell set, a variety of bars, 3/4inch rubber floors, and bumper plates. It used to be a 3 car garage so it's a good size space. There is no deposit and electric/internet/trash bills will be split. Water is free since we have our own well.

I have 3 dogs that live here and there's also horses, a free range llama, alpacas, ponies, and lots of wildlife. I'm an avid rock climber and am a 34 year old male. I'm a bartender and rock climbing guide. I like to have a well put together house and keep it clean.
