Large room 12x14 with large closet. includes garbage and water, electric, is extra $15wifi. House on 5 acres has views of Smith Rock, Steam Boat rock and Redmond from back yard. Steelhead Falls and BLM are in my Back yard with lots of trails for hiking, riding bikes or horses. Approximately 13 miles to middle of Redmond.


I am a 46year old female. non smoker. Out going, laid back clean, fun personality.

Looking for roommate that's is friendly, outgoing. MUST like animals. Smoking is ok as long as it's outside. No couples, or kids, Note I am ok if they visit and spend the night once in a while.

FIRST AND LAST MONTH'S RENT, PLUS $250 CLEANING DEPOSIT WHICH IS REFUNDABLE IF LEFT IN CLEAN AND NO DAMAGE.

No room for animals
