ISO- House mate with caregiving experience and hopefully hemo dialysis. Not to employ as we have caregivers but to help out if in a "pinch".
Husband disabled and requires help with personal care, showering, hoyer transfers etc…..Ideal individual would be familiar with hemo dialysis as well. We are an older couple that live very quietly.
*We offer two side by side rooms in a nice home in Redmond for $600 a month to cover all utilities including Wi-Fi, TV, Laundry, semi private bath, heating, electric, water et al.
*Housing consists of 2 rooms side by side in own hallway of home.
One set up as bedroom, second as a TV room w/ small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
Access to full kitchen of course.
Bathroom, semi private shared with full time caregivers.
*Available Oct 18th thru Jan 31, 2025 and can reevaluate at that time.
*No smoking or vaping, prefer no drinking
*No pets (We have cats)
*Must be able to pass background check.
*Security deposit of $300 required at move in.
