Room available in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1,600 sq ft. home in Prineville. The house is located at Ochoco Point in the Pahlish community walking distance (two blocks) to Barnes Butte/Iron Horse walking trails.
Looking for ONE PERSON to move into my cozy home with two furry roommates. I am a veteran and veterinarian and I treat my animals like family.
Room: ($700per month): It currently has a queen bed. It has a large closet with sliding doors and a top shelf for storage. Room is upstairs on the backside of the house, so it is away from the living room and TV, quiet and private. Very nice after a long day of work to come to a quiet space and fall asleep peacefully. :) I have a TV that can be put in your room, but you would have to supply a Roku/apple tv for streaming services.

LEASE TERMS:
Month to month with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit equal 1/2 one month's rent ($350). I keep the lease to month-to-month so that you have the opportunity to leave if life happens or if you needed a temp place to land :) One friendly (with cats, dogs, humans) pet allowed with prior approval and meet and greet. I will not rent to someone if pets don’t get along. Background check and work + landlord/roommate reference required. This is just to ensure this is the right fit. I am a pretty easy going person, but do not want to invite an unsafe person into my home.
