1st step: Send a text asking for an application (Explain what you are interested in renting)
2nd step: Fill out your application and email it to me for review (I will then text you or call you)
3rd step: We meet, and I show you the room. We decide if the room is a good fit for you and you for the house (includes an interview)
4th step: We sign the rental agreement, discuss move-in conditions, and then we do a walk-through
5th step: You get keys and move into your new place. You must have rent money and a deposit to get keys or move in.
