The room for rent is on the second floor, very spacious and has great lighting. You would share a bathroom with one other person who is very clean and keeps the shared space is tidy. The utility bills are split evenly between all housemates. There are currently 2 senior dogs, so no additional animals and no couples. The house is very open and bright, it has updated appliances, outdoor fire pit, large living room and a bonus room that acts as a spare room/another tv room. I have two female labs who are very sweet and well trained, my 12 y/o is named Moka, and my 10 y/o is named Luna. Rent is $1,000 a month, and the deposit is $500, and is refundable. The room will be available March 1. Looking for someone wanting a year lease, but am open to discussing lease details for the right fit.
Looking for a like minded, professional and respectful roommate, who is clean, and cleans up after themselves, helps around the house, loves the outdoors and being active, and loves dogs. Looking for ages 25-40. Your roommates will be early and mid 30’s. Looking for someone who has a steady job and can pay rent on time, single person, it's fine if you're in a relationship as long as your partner doesn't unofficially live with us. 420 friendly as long as it’s done outside.
