This is a two bedroom apartment in an amazing location, a couple blocks from the river, the downtown Bend library, Market of Choice, and the Commons.
Rent ($700 per room) includes water + garbage + recycling, so we only pay for electric and wifi. It is on the second floor. We have a beautiful big balcony! Big enough for yoga, sun tanning, and a little gardening.
I have been living here for a year. My current roomie is moving out and I am looking for one person who can sign on for either a 6-12 month lease, who doesn't have any pets, and is queer friendly!

I work from home about half the week.
We'd share a bathroom.
There is a coin operated washer and a free dryer on the first floor and it's usually available whenever we need to do laundry.
There is also indoor/locked storage for bikes and a big locker that we'd share. It's big enough for things like camping gear, a few big boxes, and maybe a few other things. Not huge but it's big enough for my current roommate and me.
We have one shared parking space and there are three guest spots that are usually open, so we can share both options.
