Neighborhood:
The area is primarily quiet and family-oriented. The only slight annoyance is the occasional loud car on 8th Street (seriously, what’s up with those mufflers?). But overall, it’s a charming and pleasant neighborhood. There is an ADU on the same lot, but we have a fence dividing the yards and only kinda share a wall.
Current Household:
- Myself: 35-year-old male, business owner, works from home, generally quite busy. I enjoy trail running, hiking, skiing, and floating the river on weekends. I've been sober for 9 years, so maintaining a peaceful home is important to me. Happy with simply sharing space, but also open to roommate dinners and activities when time allows.
- Other roommate: Quiet 28-year-old male who works out of house M-F and takes his dog for long walks most nights.
- Dog 1: A sweet yet energetic 18-month-old yellow lab - adorable but can be a handful (she's improving with training)!
- Dog 2: Mild-mannered 5-year-old GSP who is very calm and keeps Dog 1 in check lol
Expectations for a New Roommate:
- Respectful and professional
- Tidy and cooperative in keeping common spaces clean
- Non-smoking household (NOT 420-friendly, NOT a party house)
- No pets (2 dogs is the most we can handle, but we bet you'll love 'em)
