Furnished guest room ( queen bed, dresser, closet, private use of hall bathroom) for rent in 3/2home ( owner is other occupant). With required skill set, tenant can work off half rent/ utilities and internet. Skill set needed is basic carpentry, painting/ staining and yard upkeep. ( references required as to skill set) Tenant will have use of kitchen and laundry. Some storage in garage for gear/totes/bike. Due to owners work/sleep schedule, social life is outside of home, so someone with child/visitation issues won’t work here, sorry. Due to my allergies, no pets, no fragrance and a NON smoker/vaper is what is required. Looking at approximately 3 to 4 months stay, when work is done, a discussion can be held for full rent for a longer stay, OR more rent per month, longer stay and inside painting/ carpentry done in winter months. A standard rental application is needed and without cost provided by me. Rent posted is half off for work, about 4 hours of work a week. All tools and supplies provided. Security/damage/ cleaning deposit additional.
