These 2 rooms will share a large bathroom/shower but the homeowner will pay to have it professionally cleaned along with the rest of the house on an every other month schedule as an included benefit. Each room is 140 square feet itself including a closet
For extra space there is a 25 foot enclosed storage container outside to store your things. Exclusively for tenants. We're in the midst of framing it and putting a door in with a lock. When that's done you'll have a large locked storage space additional to your room/closet
The rent is $950 a month with a flat rate of $100 a month utility which includes everything like internet, garbage, wood for the wood stove, electricity and electric heat if needed, water and yard maintenance and a cleaning every 2 months. The deposit will be $1000. We do require renters insurance but that usually only costs people ~$15-20 a month.
